About the role
We are looking for a motivated Store Sales Consultant to join our team at the İstinye Park Shopping Mall in Istanbul. You will represent globally recognised children’s clothing brands and help families find the right products for their little ones.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of product features, collections and promotions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive assistance.
- Apply training received to daily tasks and store operations.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and keep product displays attractive.
Required profile
- High school graduate or higher.
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail, preferably in baby/children’s clothing.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Customer‑oriented, team‑player with a positive, energetic attitude.
- Willingness to develop a long‑term career in retail and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work at the İstinye Park location.
