Student Recruitment Manager

About the role

Kaplan International Pathways, a division of Kaplan Inc., is looking for a Student Recruitment Manager to support student recruitment for its UK partners. The role reports directly to the Senior Student Recruitment Manager and sits within a team of global recruitment and marketing professionals focused on supporting the student journey. It is a full-time permanent position in Turkey.

Required profile

• Background in international education recruitment or marketing, with a university degree.
• Fluency in English and Turkish, and the right to work in Turkey.
• Solid understanding of international recruitment in education and awareness of at least one major overseas market.
• Experience working internationally, strong organizational skills and a self-starter approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel independently throughout the region and flexibility with working hours, including weekends.

Desirable skills

• Proven track record of successful international student recruitment campaigns, preferably with a UK recruitment background.
• Knowledge of the education system and developments in Turkey.
• Understanding of visa regulations and market trends in international higher education.
• Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
