Summer Internship 2027: Manufacturing

About the role

P&G Gebze Plant is looking for a summer intern in Manufacturing for July to September 2027. The internship takes place on site and lasts 10 weeks, with guaranteed responsibilities from day 1 and ownership of at least one or two major projects. It is aimed at students who want to develop their potential through real-life projects, learning and development opportunities and mentoring and coaching from leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the manufacturing team to help innovate and improve manufacturing processes.
• Contribute to projects that may combine digitalization, cost reduction, innovation, process improvement and energy and utility optimization.
• Use your creativity and problem-solving skills to analyze and solve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree expected by 2028.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong thinking, problem-solving, leadership and innovation skills.
• Passion to learn and grow, and ability to collaborate well in a multicultural environment.
