The role combines patient liaison, coordination, and hands‑on assistance to ensure a smooth and safe experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Provide English‑language information and follow‑up to patients throughout their visit.
• Coordinate, transfer, and manage patients in the waiting area, ensuring efficient movement and comfort.
• Assist clinical staff with routine procedures and support tasks as needed.
• Maintain hygiene standards and enforce clinic protocols.

Required profile

• Graduated from a relevant nursing or medical department.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledgeable about hygiene rules and medical procedures.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible with working hours to match clinic needs.
