Supplier Relationship Manager

About the role

Adalvo is seeking an enthusiastic Supplier Relationship Manager to join its fast‑paced team. You will be the primary commercial liaison with CMO partners, handling contract negotiations, price discussions and supplier performance monitoring to ensure optimal value and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate early‑stage supply‑chain setup and assess third‑party partnerships.
• Analyze Cost of Goods (COGS), negotiate terms with CMOs and drive COGS reduction initiatives.
• Utilize Salesforce, SAP and other tools to monitor and manage COGS data.
• Draft, review and negotiate supply contracts, ensuring legal soundness and alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate with PM, R&D, BD, Portfolio and support teams to align business cases and supply capabilities.
• Act as escalation point for business and supplier concerns, managing communication and post‑incident reviews.
• Lead business reviews with partners covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve supplier innovation, reduce risk and stimulate performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand global business processes.
