Supply Chain Manager – Warehouse Transition Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead the transition and ongoing optimisation of a new warehouse within a fast‑paced industrial environment. The role is responsible for ensuring material availability for production, driving efficient warehouse operations and embedding continuous‑improvement practices across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead material planning, inbound logistics, warehouse and internal logistics, and production scheduling.
• Oversee the complete warehouse transition – stock relocation, layout design, material‑flow planning and operational readiness.
• Maintain uninterrupted material supply, optimise inventory levels and meet service‑level targets.
• Manage supplier coordination, import/export compliance and inbound freight.
• Improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, traceability and safety standards (5S, H&S).
• Champion lean and continuous‑improvement initiatives and share best practices.
• Develop, coach and lead the supply‑chain team while collaborating with production, procurement, quality, finance and regional supply‑chain partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of supply‑chain leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven people‑management and analytical abilities with strong Excel competence.
• Fluent English communication skills.
