Supply Chain - Network Scheduling Supervisor

About the role

The Supply Chain – Network Scheduling Supervisor is a pivotal position within an integrated, intelligent, and agile supply chain organization. Focused on the 0‑3 month execution horizon, the role ensures short‑term product availability and manages exceptions for finished and semi‑finished goods across markets where supply and demand are imbalanced.

Key responsibilities

• Own the short‑term (0‑12 weeks) Master Production Schedule (MPS) for assigned value streams.
• Coordinate a team of Center of Excellence resources (buyers, planners, production schedulers) to deliver the MPS.
• Manage all supply‑demand exceptions, conduct root‑cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Escalate capacity shortages and material constraints, collaborating with material planners, buyers, and production schedulers.
• Monitor on‑time service levels, inventory exceptions, and slow‑moving inventory, providing recommendations to stakeholders.
• Report and analyze key performance indicators to improve cash, cost, and customer‑service results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in supply chain functions such as materials management, inventory control, or production planning.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions and drive end‑to‑end supply chain improvements.

Required skills

• Scenario planning and capacity analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems for scheduling and inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills for KPI reporting and scorecard evaluation.
