Supply Operations Quality Specialist

About the role

Join Pfizer’s quality operations team as a Supply Operations Quality (SOQ) Specialist. You will evaluate clinical and commercial batches, ensure product and process documentation meets specifications, and support investigations and change control activities.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve product quality and compliance issues, including deviations, customer complaints, and investigations.
• Monitor quality performance indicators, conduct internal audits, and support GMP/GDP regulatory inspections.
• Manage quality aspects of subcontracted activities, such as relabeling and repackaging, and maintain quality agreements with contractors.
• Ensure implementation of SOPs, training programs, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or quality‑related field.
• 0‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Proactive, strong critical‑thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and GxP regulations.
• Familiarity with quality‑administered systems and deviation management.
