Supply Planning Executive

About the role

Hayat, a global FMCG company founded in 1987 with 16 brands and over 10,000 employees, is looking for a Supply Planning Executive to join its Supply Chain Directory team in Kocaeli. The role contributes to projects under the Consumer Group and involves preparing production and material plans, coordinating with purchasing and supporting S&OP.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare long- and short-term production plans according to budget, forecasts and customer orders, keep them up to date and follow their implementation
• Plan material requirements considering raw materials, packaging, machine capacity, warehouse stock and factors such as public holidays, weather, transport, seasonality and price increases, using SAP, SAP PPDS and IBP
• Anticipate capacity, personnel, purchase and procurement constraints affecting line and material plans and take action
• Open purchase requests in SAP and coordinate with the purchasing team so orders reach the facility on time
• Monitor supply planning KPIs (stock-day numbers, dead and excess inventory, stock-out ratio, supply-demand ratio) and improve them
• Support S&OP, ensure on-time supply and optimum stock levels, manage excess and dead stock, and follow cost-reduction studies
• Provide raw materials and packaging for new products based on monthly sales targets from Demand Planning
• Support system development projects, keep SAP, BO and BW reports up to date, and represent the department in customer-category meetings
• Prepare unit instructions and procedures, and help production estimate CAPEX needs

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, preferably Industrial Engineering
• At least 6 years of experience, preferably in a production company
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with competence in planning and reporting
• Living in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli
