Survey, Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers Needed

About the role

Öztaş İnşaat is expanding its project portfolio and is looking for experienced engineers across several disciplines. Positions include Survey Engineer, Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical & Electronics Engineer, Environmental Engineer, and Site Manager. Successful candidates will join ongoing infrastructure projects in the Konya and Şanlıurfa regions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute design, planning and supervision of infrastructure works.
• Prepare technical drawings, calculations and project documentation.
• Conduct field surveys, measurements and on‑site inspections.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Generate progress reports, quantity take‑offs and billing statements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant engineering field.
• Graduated from a related university program.
• Previous involvement in infrastructure or construction projects.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• No health limitations and completed mandatory military service (for Turkish nationals).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong command of MS Office suite.
• Experience with Netcad (for survey engineers).
• Knowledge of professional survey measurement equipment.
