About the role
The Sustainability Manager will lead environmental initiatives for a luxury hotel, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting sustainable practices while maintaining the highest standards of guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives, including energy and water efficiency, waste management, and carbon footprint reduction.
- Monitor environmental performance, prepare sustainability reports, and ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and other relevant standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability Management, Environmental Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management or ESG roles, preferably within luxury hospitality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 50001, Green Key or GSTC certifications.
