System and Service Monitoring Intern

About the role

Kartaca is seeking a motivated intern to support the monitoring and management of its server and data services. The role involves ensuring 24/7 uninterrupted operation and contributing to process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monitoring and management processes to maintain continuous server and data service operation.
• Handle support tickets, respond to emergencies, and create incident tickets for relevant teams.
• Identify new monitoring checks and suggest improvements to the monitoring model.
• Work in a shift system (12‑hour days, 3‑4 days a week).

Required profile

• Final‑year undergraduate or recent graduate in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
• Ability to work with Linux‑based systems via the terminal and adapt to shift work.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Required skills
