System Drive Solution Leader

About the role

Schneider Electric seeks an experienced System Drive Solution Leader to accelerate growth of its Drive Systems business in Turkey. You will combine technical expertise with a commercial mindset to develop high‑value solutions for key industrial segments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and positioning of Drive System solutions across industrial applications in Turkey.
• Identify high‑potential customers, projects and business opportunities for Drive Systems.
• Act as trusted advisor, translating customer requirements into effective system architectures.
• Lead technical discussions, solution presentations and value‑proposition development.
• Influence project specifications and support customers in selecting optimal technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Project Execution teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
• Drive adoption of innovative Drive technologies, digital solutions and Industry 4.0 concepts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation or related engineering field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Drive Systems, industrial automation or technical sales.
• Proven ability to understand complex customer requirements and develop integrated system‑level solutions.
• Fluent in Turkish and English with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
