Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Maxx Royal Bodrum and Maxx Royal Maldives are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead talent acquisition strategy and recruit people who fit the corporate culture. Reporting to the Cluster Director of Human Resources, the role manages recruitment end to end across all departments up to department heads, builds candidate sourcing channels and improves the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with the hotel's needs and manage day-to-day recruitment operations.
• Work with department heads to identify seasonal and year-round staffing needs and prepare recruitment plans.
• Run full recruitment processes: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, assessment and offer management.
• Diversify national and international sourcing channels and maintain an accurate, up-to-date talent pool.
• Deliver a consistent, inclusive candidate experience and coordinate competency-based interviews and assessment centres.
• Train department heads on interview techniques and assessment, and track indicators such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, sourcing efficiency and cost-per-hire.
• Build partnerships with universities, career centres and consulting firms, and run career events and employer branding activities.
• Monitor the recruitment budget and protect candidate confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, including at least 2 years in team or process management.
• Experience with high-volume, seasonal and executive-level recruitment.
• Advanced English; a second foreign language is preferred.
• Residing in or willing to live in Bodrum.
