Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Medsien, a fast‑growing venture‑backed healthcare SaaS company, is looking for an organized and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its rapid expansion. You will partner with internal stakeholders across all departments to secure top talent and contribute to the company’s healthy growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with internal stakeholders requesting additional human resources and assess recruitment needs.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing and posting jobs to conducting initial CV screenings and HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical and hiring‑manager interviews, collect feedback in the ATS, and ensure proper documentation.
• Improve hiring quality metrics and enhance the candidate experience using feedback and recruitment analytics.

Required profile

• University degree in social sciences, management or economics.
• Minimum 5 + years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in English.
• Self‑starter, curious, and able to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruiting sourcing tools and HR systems (ATS).
• Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets and collaborative tools.
