About the role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Recruiter to join our fast‑growing technology group. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT positions, helping us attract and secure top talent for our innovative projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post job advertisements, track applications and review candidate submissions.
• Execute end‑to‑end recruitment: source, screen, interview and close candidates in close partnership with hiring managers.
• Manage interview schedules and compile interview evaluation reports.
• Support other HR functions as required and maintain accurate recruitment documentation.
• Create and nurture talent channels to ensure a sustainable pipeline of qualified candidates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Engineering, MIS, Administrative Sciences or related fields.
• 0‑2 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment.
• Strong research, documentation and corporate communication abilities.
• Fluent English with experience conducting English‑language interviews.
• Analytical, solution‑oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, and a collaborative team attitude.

Required skills

• Proficient use of LinkedIn and other career portals for headhunting.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
