Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leadership roles, preferably in luxury or premium retail.
• Proven experience managing retail environments.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to work in a shift‑based system within a dynamic retail environment.
