Team Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

As a Team Manager for Prada in Istanbul, you will lead a boutique team to deliver exceptional client experiences while driving sales performance. You will act as a brand ambassador, embodying Prada’s values and ensuring the store meets its business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach the sales team, setting performance targets and conducting regular performance discussions.
• Drive KPI achievement and over‑achievement of sales goals through effective floor management and clienteling initiatives.
• Collaborate with Store Manager, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Trainers to optimize product presentation, stock organization, and category performance.
• Participate in talent acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members.
• Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies, product care standards, and after‑sales service processes.

• Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or high‑end fashion environments.
• Strong ability to motivate, give feedback, and develop team members.
