Technical Agronomy Manager – FC Seeds

About the role

The Technical Agronomy Manager for FC Seeds Turkey will lead all technical operations, including field trial planning, regulatory registration and early variety promotion decisions. You will translate agronomic data into actionable insights that guide portfolio strategy and support commercial sales campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the annual trial strategy for corn, sunflower and cereals across Turkey.
• Coordinate registration trials, pre‑launch evaluations and competitive benchmarking with R&D and local teams.
• Collect, consolidate and analyse trial and demo field data using tools such as EzCapture, Qlik Sense and Power BI.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations for variety promotion, new product introductions and target product profiles.
• Ensure compliance with Turkish seed registration regulations and act as the technical liaison with regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering or Plant Science.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in agribusiness, seed trial management and product development.
• Fluent in Turkish and proficient in English for regional reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to turn field data into strategic decisions.

Required skills

• Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense, EzCapture, Salesforce (SFDC) and Product Analyzer.
• Statistical data analysis and experimental design for variety trials.
• Knowledge of Turkish seed registration processes (MoA, TTSM, BUGEM).
