Technical Co-Founder / CTO

About the role

Axnith is building a Deterministic Execution Trust Layer for automated operations, starting with Ads / Revenue Operations and moving toward pilot-ready productization. It is looking for a Technical Co-Founder to work directly with the Founder on the product, engineering organization and technical company. The role is founder-track, initially very close to the code, with an expected transition to full-time founder commitment on an agreed path. Location is Türkiye, with Istanbul preferred and a hybrid-flexible arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Build the product, engineering organization and technical company needed for a globally scalable enterprise infrastructure business.
• Take founder-level ownership of backend and platform engineering, provider and API integrations, and AWS and cloud architecture.
• Own execution reliability and failure handling, authentication, identity and security boundaries, and data and proof paths.
• Drive automated testing and engineering quality, technical productization, engineering tooling and AI-assisted development.
• Lead future engineering hiring and technical leadership.

Required profile

• Strong systems-engineering judgment, more than knowledge of a single framework.
• Experience of turning something from ambiguity into a working system and living with its consequences.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, side effects, verification, idempotency and bounded failure.
• Willingness to work closely with the Founder, accept significant responsibility and uncertainty, stay hands-on early on, and build in Türkiye while thinking globally.

Compensation is founder equity subject to vesting; initial cash compensation is constrained at the pre-seed stage and set by mutual agreement. The process includes conversations on company and founder fit, a technical deep dive and a period of working together before a final decision.
