About the role
Birgi Mefar Group, a leading contract manufacturer in Turkey’s pharmaceutical sector, is seeking a Technical Maintenance Manager to oversee the reliability and performance of its production line equipment and utility systems.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and monitor preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities for all production machinery.
- Manage HVAC, utility and electrical systems, including fault detection, repairs and periodic quality evaluations.
- Plan and supervise building painting, repair works and coordinate outsourcing of maintenance tasks.
- Develop and control the maintenance budget, conduct work‑method studies and propose process improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in maintenance, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Advanced proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Class B driving licence.
