Technical Product Manager (Data / SaaS)

About the role

Windsor.ai connects marketing data from 300+ sources (Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, Salesforce, TikTok) to 30+ destinations (Looker Studio, BigQuery, Snowflake, ChatGPT, Claude) for 6,000+ customers worldwide. It is hiring its first Product Manager, so there is no team to inherit and no roadmap to plug into; the candidate will build the function from scratch. The team is distributed and mostly European, with no daily standups.

Key responsibilities

• Decide what gets built and say no to more than you say yes, given 300+ live integrations and constant pressure to add more.
• Turn customer feedback, usage data and competitive gaps into a short list of priorities.
• Work closely with engineering to sanity-check your own estimates rather than relaying someone else's.
• Use data to decide, even when it is incomplete, which is usually the case.
• Ship a roadmap that becomes a product function.

Required profile

• Has shipped a SaaS product that customers paid for and used more than once, not a one-off.
• Can pull and read your own data (usage, funnel, retention) without waiting on an analyst.
• Can cut a long list of good ideas down to the few that matter and explain what was dropped and why.
• Real engineering background, or close enough to engineers to have a genuine sense of what takes a week versus a quarter.
• Comfortable working asynchronously in a distributed team.

Required skills

• Bonus: experience in data integration, analytics or martech.
• Bonus: familiarity with ETL and APIs.
• Bonus: zero-to-one experience building a function from nothing.
