Technical Project Manager

About the role

Pointr is the market leader in indoor mapping, location, and analytics. As a Technical Project Manager you will partner with global clients and internal teams to deliver indoor technology solutions, driving project execution from requirements gathering to deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Own requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and deployment support for global clients, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support for existing customers, including upgrades, expansion, and product integration.
• Identify and resolve mapping and wayfinding issues, coordinating closely with technical teams.
• Partner with commercial and technical stakeholders, educating them on Pointr’s solutions and deployment process.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and deployment managers to integrate Pointr’s technology with client applications.
• Investigate and diagnose hardware and software challenges alongside delivery teams.
• Facilitate client status meetings to manage scope and schedule of multiple concurrent deployments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of IT project management or technical consultancy experience in a hardware or software company.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while juggling multiple deliveries.
• Experience leading delivery and support phases of the customer lifecycle.
• Self‑starter with applied knowledge of agile software development processes and interest in indoor location technology.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Process‑oriented with an eye for detail and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work a schedule overlapping at least four days with EST business hours.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
