About the role

Join J.P. Morgan's Payments Technology team to lead complex technology projects that drive business growth and client success. You will apply technical expertise and analytical reasoning to deliver high‑impact solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, using AI‑assisted tools for risk synthesis and status reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including software development, QA, and business stakeholders—to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, adjust schedules as needed, and provide transparent status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex technology projects.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities and validate AI‑generated outputs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience delivering projects in an Agile environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
