Technical Sales & Project Management Internship – Smart Start

About the role

Join Bosch’s Smart Start program as a Technical Sales and Project Management intern in Istanbul. You will work alongside experienced sales and project managers, gaining hands‑on exposure to product strategy areas such as electrification, connectivity and autonomous driving.

Key responsibilities

• Support technical sales and project managers in daily activities.
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives and knowledge‑building within the team.
• Help schedule, monitor and report on project execution plans.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports for other business units.
• Understand functional product requirements and contribute to custom solutions.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial or Computer Engineering.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in cross‑functional, international teams.
• Eagerness to learn, self‑development mindset and problem‑solving attitude.
• Interest in mobility, information technologies and emerging automotive trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Understanding of product development processes.
• Basic knowledge of software/AI concepts.
