Technical Sourcer – Remote (Turkey)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Sourcer to join our international recruitment team. Based in Turkey and working fully remote, you will help identify and engage top technology talent for global opportunities across software development, data, product, HR, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and advanced search techniques.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Craft compelling outreach messages, job descriptions, and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and generate regular sourcing performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other online sourcing platforms.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reporting tools.
