Technical Support Engineer Graduate (Hybrid)

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is looking for a graduate to join its Global Technical Support team as a Remote Technical Support Engineer. The role is hybrid, with about two days per week spent in an HPE office. It suits someone early in their career who enjoys technology, has strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote technical support to customers, partners and HPE employees, resolving hardware and software issues by phone and digital channels
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents on HPE technologies, keeping cases efficient and customers satisfied
• Collaborate with experienced team members and escalate complex issues when needed
• Document case summaries and resolutions in HPE's Knowledge Management System
• Identify recurring issues and share prevention strategies with customers and colleagues
• Build knowledge of HPE technologies, tools and processes, and work with technical, service delivery and sales teams to support customer success

Required profile

• Recent Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Engineering or a related field
• Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish
• Interest in troubleshooting, analytical thinking and a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable in a dynamic, international, remote-first environment and able to handle pressure and prioritise
• Team player eager to learn; customer-facing experience (internships, part-time work or campus involvement) is preferred

Required skills

• Plus: basic server hardware, computer architecture or HPE ProLiant knowledge
• Plus: Linux fundamentals (Red Hat/SUSE), virtualisation (VMware, HPE VME, SimpliVity), networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs), storage basics (RAID, SAN), backup and recovery, basic scripting or automation, cloud/container awareness, and familiarity with HPE technologies
