Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist with both pre‑sales and post‑sales activities for our assigned brands. The role ensures smooth installation, maintenance, training and troubleshooting, while building technical relationships with customers, partners and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide post‑sales support to partners and end users, including installation, maintenance and basic repairs.
• Assist the sales team with pre‑sales activities such as demos, proof‑of‑concept setups and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of assigned products and technologies, pursuing certifications and staying current with new developments.
• Support technical relationships with resellers, customers and vendors, and deliver technical training sessions.
• Represent the company at marketing events with basic technical presentations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in technical support or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering background preferred.
• Vendor‑required certifications in Network Security.
