Technology Architect

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Technology Architect to lead the design and delivery of cloud‑native, AI‑enabled solutions for its clients. The role combines deep technical expertise with client‑facing responsibilities, ensuring that systems meet both business objectives and user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications.
• Lead technical solution design and architecture across delivery projects.
• Engage with clients during delivery and sales proposals, communicating system requirements to development teams.
• Evaluate and select appropriate software, cloud services, and integration methods.
• Oversee projects, conduct code reviews, and guide team members.
• Ensure implementation aligns with the proposed architecture and infrastructure.
• Continuously monitor systems to meet user and business goals.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends.
• Occasionally travel to client sites in Europe.
• Identify and architect AI integration opportunities, designing AI‑ready system architectures and data pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a software architect.
• Hands‑on software development background.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent written and verbal English.

• Object‑Oriented Programming, design patterns, data structures.
• Databases: Relational (RDBMS) and NoSQL.

• Automation, DevOps, CI/CD, IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• LLM applications, generative AI use cases.
• AI/ML integration knowledge (data pipelines, model serving, inference).
• AI platforms: Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, Hugging Face, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
