Territory & Digital Engagement Executive - Ankara

About the role

PMI is looking for Territory & Digital Engagement Executives to join its front-line field team in Ankara. You will engage retailers through physical and digital visits along your daily route plan, building strong retailer relationships and using data-driven insights to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans covering retailer relations, growth opportunities, competitor analysis, resource utilization and digital strategies aligned with regional goals.
• Monitor B2B processes, identify improvement opportunities and recommend timely actions.
• Implement digital strategies and drive digital transformation across points of sale.

Required profile

• University degree or above.
• Field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, with an understanding of commercial operations and sales organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Valid clean B-class driving licence and active driving skills.
• Digital or e-commerce experience is a plus.
