Test Lead - Fintech

About the role

Token Financial Technologies, a fintech company within Koç Holding and partner of Beko, is looking for a Test Lead to join its Operations and Customer Support team. The role works cross-functionally to help businesses adopt Token products quickly, and suits candidates with a banking or e-commerce background.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute test cases based on test strategies and test plans
• Maintain and improve existing test suites for Cash Registers and Cloud apps
• Take part in designing the automation software architecture and review system architecture, code and design documents
• Apply knowledge of VUK Regulation documents when creating test items
• Communicate testing activities and findings orally and in writing
• Help identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Design and run automated test scenarios for Android, web and cloud applications
• Build and run load and performance tests
• Work with the DevOps team to deploy automation tests in the CI/CD pipeline

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of software test experience, preferably on payment systems or fintech
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or a related field (Master's or PhD is a plus)
• Strong English verbal and written skills
• Experience in Android test automation
• Experience with Appium and Selenium automation
• Knowledge of API and website automation

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of test architecture, methodologies and documentation
• Strong knowledge of Java/Kotlin and Python
