Trade Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Trade Marketing Specialist will support DaVinci Gourmet, a flagship brand of Kerry, in Turkey. Reporting to the Turkey Foodservice Brand Manager, the role translates brand strategy into field‑focused trade actions, ensuring consistent brand execution across HORECA and distributor networks.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of annual marketing plans, new product launches, trade promotions, sampling programmes and visibility initiatives.
• Execute trade activations, menu updates and POSM deployment across HORECA and distributor channels.
• Manage branded equipment, menu boards and all visibility materials, guaranteeing 100 % compliance with brand guidelines.
• Assist in the implementation of 360° marketing campaigns and funnel strategies across digital, trade and customer touch‑points.
• Create tools to measure the effectiveness of market activations.
• Conduct regular field visits (≈ 75 % travel) to audit execution quality, menu accuracy and customer experience.
• Collaborate with distributor marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent trade‑plan execution.
• Deliver training on brand guidelines, product knowledge and activation standards; develop sales‑enablement assets such as decks, brochures and toolkits.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel extensively across Turkey (approximately 75 % of the time).
• Comfortable working in a high‑mobility, field‑focused environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while on the road.
• Strong collaboration skills with distributors, sales heads and regional stakeholders.
