Training and Brand Standards Specialist (Assistant)

About the role

We are seeking a Training and Brand Standards Specialist (Assistant) to join the Training and Brand Standards Department of TAB Food Industry and Trade. Inc. In this role you will support the development and delivery of in‑house training programs and help maintain the operational standards of our restaurant brands across Turkey. You will work closely with brand managers to ensure consistent customer experience and operational excellence across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑house standard training programs for brand staff.
• Plan and coordinate the training operations process.
• Participate in monitoring, measuring, and reporting training activities.
• Contribute to processes aimed at improving operational standards of our brands.
• Conduct operational training visits to restaurants.

Required profile

• A university degree in a relevant field.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of developments in the food industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and task‑management abilities.
• No travel restrictions and willingness to reside in or relocate to Istanbul.
• Proficiency in English and advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to drive is preferred.
