Training Specialist – Senior Level

About the role

vivo is looking for a motivated Training Specialist to join its Turkey operations in Ankara. You will be responsible for delivering both online and offline training to promoters and store staff, ensuring they have the skills needed to represent the brand effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Visit promoters across the assigned region following a predefined route.
• Analyse training needs and design appropriate training programs.
• Deliver training sessions (online and offline) to promoters and newly recruited staff.
• Organise group training events for employees of chain stores such as MediaMarkt, Vatan and Teknosa.
• Visit retail locations to provide on‑site training for sales staff.
• Track training outcomes, compile statistics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with online training platforms.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Ability to drive a Class B vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Training Specialist in the telecommunications sector.
