Training Specialist / Senior Specialist

About the role

vivo is seeking a Training Specialist to support its promoter network in Turkey. The role involves delivering both online and offline training, monitoring performance, and ensuring high‑quality customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Visit promoters within the assigned region following a set route.
• Analyze training needs and deliver effective training sessions.
• Track and report training outcomes and statistics.
• Provide orientation training for newly recruited promoters and monitor their 2‑month trial performance.
• Organize group trainings for employees of chain stores such as MediaMarkt, Vatan, and Teknosa.
• Visit stores to train sales staff.
• Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports.

Required profile

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with online training platforms.
• Experience coaching promoters to improve performance.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Ability to drive a Class B vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Training Specialist in the telecommunications sector.
