Transformation Office Lead

About the role

The Transformation Office Lead will drive AXA Türkiye’s transformation agenda, acting as the bridge between business, technology, and AI teams. This individual contributor role focuses on prioritising, tracking, and delivering AI‑driven initiatives without direct people‑management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and govern the company’s transformation and AI portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Coordinate governance meetings, track decisions, and follow up on actions.
• Lead Agile delivery of AI and technology projects from ideation to implementation.
• Translate business needs into actionable plans with Product Owners, IT, Data & AI teams, and external partners.
• Maintain backlogs, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery progress.
• Prepare executive‑level analyses, presentations, and decision‑support materials.
• Support executive meetings, management visits, and strategic engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or a related quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in technology‑driven project/program management or Agile delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication experience with senior leadership.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Valid work permit in Turkey; military service completed or exempt for male candidates.

Required skills

• Agile methodology and delivery.
• Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
• PMP certification (preferred).
• Technical understanding to collaborate with technology and Data & AI teams.
