Treasury Specialist

About the role

Aksa Carbon is seeking a Treasury Specialist to manage cash operations, forecast liquidity, and support financial decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, passionate about financial markets, and ready to collaborate across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Daily management of cash operations and bank account maintenance.
• Forecasting company liquidity and cash flow.
• Assessing credit risk of new and existing customers.
• Participating in customer collection activities aligned with working‑capital goals.
• Managing foreign‑exchange exposure and overall liquidity.
• Preparing and analysing the company’s financial results.
• Collaborating closely with sales, manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing and other departments.
• Monitoring compliance with internal guidelines and applicable laws.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a treasury or finance‑related role.
• Strong interest in global financial markets.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic setting.
• Team‑oriented with a solid analytical approach.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Yalova, İzmit, Bursa, or the Anatolian side of Istanbul.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of VBA (preferred).
