About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a dedicated Oncology Product Specialist to join its Ankara team. The role focuses on driving the sales of oncology therapies, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and delivering value‑added solutions in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the regional manager and analyze target units and physicians to identify needs and develop actionable insights.
• Plan and execute solution‑oriented projects that address identified needs and maximize product impact.
• Develop and implement a detailed business plan, including high‑level targeting, segmentation, and inclusion of key institutions to increase physician influence.
• Continuously monitor the market, stakeholders, and competitors, and conduct effective sales activities for the assigned product.
• Stay up‑to‑date with multi‑channel communication and digital tools, sharing relevant information within the team.
• Contribute actively to business‑model improvements by proposing new ideas and systems.

Required profile

• Possession of a UTE certificate.
• University degree.
• Residence in Ankara.
• Minimum three years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Preferable good command of English.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Analytical mindset with strong planning abilities.
• High persuasion, customer‑ and result‑orientation, and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, active vehicle, and no travel restrictions.
• Male candidates must have completed military service.
