U.S. Operations Specialist

About the role

OST Logistics is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented U.S. Operations Specialist to join its U.S. Operations Team. The role focuses on managing end‑to‑end import and export processes for shipments destined for or originating from the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational processes for U.S. import and export shipments, including preparation of Pre‑Alerts, Arrival Notices and Delivery Orders.
• Communicate with overseas agents, customers, suppliers and business partners in English, and enter shipment data into the company system.
• Prepare Bill of Lading (B/L) instructions, monitor shipment milestones and provide regular status updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners to ensure smooth, timely operations and resolve any issues that arise.

Required profile

• University degree in Logistics, Maritime Business Management, International Trade or a related field (preferred).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with previous logistics operations experience are welcome.
• Minimum B2 level English, especially in reading and writing.
• Strong organizational, follow‑up and detail‑oriented skills; ability to work according to U.S. time zones.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
