User Acquisition Manager (Non-Gaming)

About the role

Joygame, founded in 2009 and known as Turkey's first gaming company, develops and publishes PC and mobile games and supports studios through funding and expertise. It is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to help it grow its mobile apps faster and smarter.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, Google Search, TikTok, Applovin and other mobile UA channels
• Own the user acquisition strategy end-to-end: performance analysis, A/B testing, budget allocation and optimization
• Work with the creative team to test new ideas and find winning creatives
• Collaborate with product and data teams to link growth metrics with product KPIs
• Stay up to date with new ad formats, UA trends, tools and best practices

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in user acquisition for mobile apps
• Must have expertise in Meta App & Web Campaigns and TikTok App & Web Campaigns
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing for CPI, ROAS or LTV
• Comfortable in a startup environment, self-driven, adaptable and collaborative

Required skills

• Attribution and analytics tools such as Appsflyer, Firebase and Adjust
• Strong analytical skills, enjoying digging into data to find insights and patterns
