User Researcher

About the role

Jotform is looking for a User Researcher to join its Ankara office and help understand how users interact with the platform, uncover pain points, and drive product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously study user interactions with Jotform and observe their experience.
• Identify pain points and discover opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze and report on the impact of changes.
• Conduct UX research using methods such as remote usability testing, surveys, observation, diary studies, heuristic evaluations, and A/B tests.
• Generate insightful personas based on behaviors, goals, motivations, usage patterns, industry types, roles, and demographics.
• Contribute to UX Research Team processes, standards, and best practices.

Required profile

• B.A./B.S. degree or higher in Human-Computer Interaction, Anthropology, Psychology, Sociology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of strengths and shortcomings of various research methods and when to apply them.
• Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles and best practices.
• Ability to design wireframes or prototypes for research validation.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
