UX/UI Designer

About the role

Accenture is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join its design team and work on international, technology‑driven projects. You will collaborate with client stakeholders, business analysts, developers and other designers to deliver user‑centered solutions that balance business goals and user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the user‑centered product development process (Understand → Define → Design) to create intuitive interfaces.
• Partner with client stakeholders, Business Analysts and Development teams to translate requirements into design concepts.
• Act as a trusted advisor, proactively guiding decisions, challenging assumptions and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies and design trends, and integrate insights into client solutions.
• Take ownership of design activities, drive project progress and contribute to design libraries and documentation.

Required profile

• Consultant mindset with the ability to advise and influence client decisions.
• Strong openness to learning and tackling complex, unfamiliar domains.
• Ownership mentality – able to work independently while collaborating within a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English, comfortable asking questions and presenting designs.
• Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, diverse environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma for designing complex user flows and interfaces.
• Experience creating and managing design libraries.
