Valuation, Modelling and Economics Manager

About the role

Join EY‑Parthenon’s Valuation, Modelling and Economics team in Ankara, working with major corporate clients, financial institutions and multinational companies. You will lead valuation projects, support strategic planning and regulatory compliance, and develop your career through diverse engagements and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Execute valuation projects and lead EY‑Parthenon teams.
• Prepare deliverables such as reports, presentations and client discussions.
• Communicate with engagement leads, clients and the wider team to ensure high‑quality work.
• Apply logical thinking and creative problem‑solving to resolve issues.
• Assist senior members in business development and mentor junior staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years experience in valuation, corporate finance, strategic planning or financial modelling.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical and numeracy skills.
• Proven project management experience and ability to mentor junior team members.
• Fluent in Turkish and English with excellent written and oral communication.
