Vehicle Electronics Engineer

About the role

Hyundai Motor Turkey is seeking a Vehicle Electronics Engineer to join its Izmit plant. You will work within a global automotive team, contributing to the development, production, and continuous improvement of vehicle electronic systems.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, follow, and revise technical documentation for assigned areas.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and report production‑process, machine, and quality issues.
• Participate actively in new model project management and control.
• Support the production department with technical guidance and training.
• Develop basic equipment concepts for new or modified equipment, overseeing purchasing and installation.
• Generate cost‑reduction and quality‑enhancement ideas.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in the automotive field, focusing on vehicle electronics.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Analytical mindset for root‑cause analysis and decision‑making.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and cross‑culturally.
• Willingness to reside in Kocaeli and no travel restrictions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience using AutoCAD and CATIA.
