Virtual Account Management Specialist

About the role

Join the Virtual Account Management (VAM) team at Yemeksepeti and help local businesses in Turkey thrive in the digital economy. As a Virtual Account Specialist you will manage a portfolio of partner accounts, acting as both consultant and growth strategist in a fast‑paced, 100% telesales environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue by identifying upsell opportunities and growing account value.
• Master the pitch: handle objections, create urgency and maintain a consultative sales approach.
• Monitor account performance metrics and ensure alignment with company standards.
• Meet and exceed daily targets for call volume and sales conversions.
• Maintain precise documentation, partner approvals and system processes (Salesforce) with high accuracy.
• Act as a bridge between company solutions and partner needs, focusing on value creation.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in client management, account management or high‑volume sales.
• Comfortable with outbound calls and building relationships over the phone.
• Data‑driven mindset: ability to analyze data and use insights to improve sales performance.
• Resilient, adaptable and able to thrive in a target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
