About the role
We are seeking an experienced Visual Development Artist to shape the look of characters, environments, and game items. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and other artists to create games enjoyed by millions worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Develop visual concepts and ideas for games.
- Create character concepts, including model sheets.
- Define and evolve the visual style, design, and overall look of games.
- Find creative art solutions for production challenges.
- Contribute to a user‑oriented design culture.
Required profile
- Experience in animation or game development focused on conceptual artwork.
- Strong knowledge of visual principles such as form, shape, composition, and design.
- Ability to use research and reference material to generate ideas.
- Deep understanding of human and creature anatomy.
- Appreciation for teamwork and collaborative environments.
