Volunteer Coordinator (Part‑time, Remote)

About the role

The Volunteer Coordinator is a part‑time, remote position that organizes and supports volunteers for Altim Alüminyum’s community‑oriented initiatives. The role ensures volunteers are recruited, onboarded, scheduled, and equipped to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and match volunteers to suitable tasks.
• Maintain volunteer records, prepare informational materials, and coordinate online meetings or training sessions.
• Communicate regularly with volunteers, provide training and guidance, and monitor participation and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify volunteer needs and assist with community outreach campaigns.
• Gather feedback, report on program outcomes, and help improve the volunteer experience.

Required profile

• Strong volunteer management and training abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in community outreach and planning initiatives.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage part‑time hours.
• Prior experience coordinating volunteers or working in non‑profit, CSR, or community programs is beneficial.
• Organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills, with a commitment to inclusive practices.
