About the role

Aliée Istanbul, a flagship luxury lifestyle hotel, is looking for an energetic and guest‑focused Waiter/Waitress to join its dining team. The role is central to delivering a seamless, elegant and personalized dining experience for distinguished guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and answer guest queries.
• Take accurate orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to luxury service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables and dining areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and fellow service staff for smooth operations.
• Handle guest requests and feedback with care and professionalism.
• Follow all hygiene, safety and brand service standards at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a service role, preferably in luxury hospitality or fine‑dining.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Well‑groomed, professional appearance with a guest‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑standard environment.
• Attention to detail and a mindset of service excellence.
• Team player with a positive and proactive approach.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.
