Warehouse B2B Shipment Manager

About the role

DeFacto is seeking an experienced Warehouse B2B Shipment Manager to lead and optimise shipment processes across its highly automated warehouses. You will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate deliveries while driving continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage shipment timing, performance and execution in line with company goals and procedures.
• Lead and develop shipment teams, monitoring KPIs such as routing, fill rates, loading times and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Inbound, Value‑Added Services and Business Development teams to resolve discrepancies, improve processes and support export handovers.
• Prepare and track annual operational budgets, analyse variances and implement corrective actions.
• Promote quality, sustainability and occupational health & safety standards throughout the warehouse.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in warehouse and logistics shipment processes, preferably with automated systems (ASRS, Shuttle, Miniload, Goods‑to‑Person).
• Strong project‑management mindset, KPI management and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Leadership experience with team development, planning and coordination.
• Proficient English for technical documentation and written communication.

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
• Warehouse automation software and related technologies.
• Advanced MS Office applications.
• Agile methodology for process improvement projects.
