Warehouse Manager

About the role

Karbontürk seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory, full material traceability, and efficient material flow in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, internal transfers, production supply, finished goods receipt, inventory control and dispatch.
• Maintain physical stock alignment with ERP/WMS records and ensure unique identification for each big bag.
• Control raw material receipt, verify documentation, batch information and coordinate with weighbridge.
• Ensure full traceability of materials throughout receipt, storage, production transfer, and dispatch.
• Implement and monitor material status segregation (quarantine, blocked, pending decision, etc.) and prevent unauthorized use.
• Plan and conduct inventory counts, investigate discrepancies and drive root‑cause analysis.
• Lead warehouse personnel, allocate tasks, monitor performance and identify training needs.
• Collaborate with Production, Laboratory, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance and IT/ERP teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field (or relevant associate degree with strong experience).
• Minimum 5 years of industrial warehouse logistics experience and 2–3 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (WMS preferred) and batch/lot traceability, FIFO, location‑based storage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

• ERP system proficiency (WMS experience preferred).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Barcode, QR code and DataMatrix identification systems.
• Inventory management, stocktaking and material reservation processes.
